I just found this pedal looking at a different video where it was featured but not extensively. I wanted to check it out and holy smokes the guitar playing here is fantastic. I get so tired of hearing demos with people just doing mind-numbing,cookie cutter blues runs. This is the best sounding demo I've heard in a long time. Such fluid and dynamic guitar playing with some really clever approaches peppered in.

In augustus 2020 I purchased this pedal for 59 euros. Amazing pedal and the price is nuts if you compare it now to the prices of the Strymon Lex and Neo Instrument vent versions. I really love the sound and versatility of the Nux Roctary.

How do you actually get it to turn on? I cant get mine to turn on or anything. Literally a paperweight

I followed the instructions, but only get speed(rate) control with an expression pedal and I keep trying to set the depth.

wow that auto wah is buttery. sounds like an optical envelope filter without some of the extra high-register artifacts that come with analog optical envelope circuits. Strymon has some special sauce, some of the best sounding effects for guitar

Beware of running Ventris in a parallel fx loop. The pedal reverses the phase even in bypass. Bad.

Mike, do you know if this pedal is analog dry through? I know it's digital but I like it when there is an analog dry through to keep the tone intact when the pedal is off and in your chain. Cheers!

This synthesizer pedal is fantastic. I bought it a year ago and I'm having a blast. But I must admit that this video was definitely well constructed. Phenomenal playing and demoed. Much respect.

I bought one of these arrived today, it went right back. It changes the tone so much it is not useable. Nothing wrong with the tone, but it is not the tone I have for my Gretsch with nice TVR classic pups on it that have all the highs I need. The Aria compressor just added even more top and the tone control was all the way to the left, it was still way too toppy. Just so you know there are lots of similar comments on the user sites. My setup that is stereo Mesa Filmore and Hotrod deluxe through a G3 Atom, not crap gear it was not what I would call a transparent pedal. The drive side sounded fine, the compressor side not so good.

I'm still learning & collecting gear. When I win the lottery, I'll be buying 1 of these! Until then, I'll get acquainted with my new / used Tech 21 Blonde V2, I scored for $100 Aussie money. Now to build a 1 × 12 cab & slip in a GWS something, which was in a Peavey Classic 30 I bought years ago. Getting rid of the trouble I've had with that. Great Demo! Love ya work!
